Register your Child (ren)
VBS 2025 - Wilderness Escape
Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church
4 years old - 5th grade children are invited to participate the week of July 21st-25th from 8:30 am - 11:35 am. The cost is $15 per child with a maximum of $45 per family.
PLEASE NOTE: Children MUST be 4 years old by August 1, 2025, in order to participate.
Please read the following instructions carefully for successful registration of your child(ren):
- Complete a section below for EACH child you are registering under the grade they will be entering for the fall 2025 school year. You must hit "submit" once for each child within the box that corresponds to their grade level.
- After you have made submissions for each child you are registering enter your payment info at the bottom and hit "submit & pay" for the overall form.
-If a grade level is not appearing on the below form, that grade level is full.
I / we, the parent(s) of above listed child(ren), do hereby grant to Twin Oaks Ministry staff the right and authority to make medical decisions and to obtain medical treatment for the child listed above in the event that an emergency medical situation arises while my child(ren) is on the premises of Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church. The undersigned agrees to hold harmless and by signing below fully releases Twin Oaks Ministry staff and Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church Corporation, any of their affiliates and any affiliated persons chargeable with any supervisory or any other responsibilities or liability, relating to emergency medical treatment. I / we, the parent(s), agree to be responsible for any emergency medical expenses involved in helping my/our child(ren).
Complete Registration & Pay
You should receive an email confirmation for EACH child you registered and one email confirmation for the overall form. If you did not receive the correct number of email confirmations email Karen Scheibe at kscheibe@twinoaksschool.org to ensure your registration was submitted correctly.
