RUF-I regularly hosts international students for dinner and Bible discussion.  It is a great blessing to the ministry to have some of these dinners provided by supporting churches.  Use this link: https://tinyurl.com/RUFiDinnerSept3  to sign up to assist with the meal. · MY LIFE MEDICAL CLINIC - Friday, September 18th
My Life Medical Clinic’s Pregnancy Resource Center provides clothing and children’s items for families in need. The Resource Center is in need of able-bodied teens and adults to perform a season changeover. Time: 9AM to around 12PM | Location: | Volunteers Needed: 10-12 teenagers/adults | Project Coordinator:

· ONE HEART FAMILY MINISTRIES - Thursday, Sept. 24 - 9AM-12PM
One Heart Family Ministries' Foster Closet in Des Peres needs help organizing clothing items. Time: 9AM to around 12PM | Location: Des Peres Foster Closet 12882 Manchester Road Des Peres, MO 63131| Volunteers Needed: 5| Project Coordinator: Matt & Christy Friesen

· MNA DISASTER RESPONSE - Saturday, Sept. 26 - 9AM-12PM
MNA Disaster Response/Andy Eisenbraun have a workday opportunity to cleanup some homes in downtown St. Louis that were damaged by the May 2025 tornado. Time: 9AM to around 12PM | Location: will be emailed closer to event | Volunteers Needed: 10-20 people (middle schooler with parent to adult) | Project Coordinator: TBD

· RUF WASH-U (TIM PRICE) - Tuesday, September 29th

RUF WASH-U requests snacks from local churches for their weekly large group gatherings where the gospel is shared. Twin Oaks desires to come alongside them and collect a variety of snacks for around 100 students, which will be delivered by TOPC Student Ministry upperclassmen. I/we, the undersigned, wish to voluntarily participate in the ministry activities taking place in September 2026.


In consideration for being permitted to participate, the state of Missouri and in the United States of America, in the onth of September, 2026, I/we, fully recognize dangers and hazards inherent in participating, and any related transportation, including personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, as well as the unknown dangers and hazards which may arise in the course of my participation, do hereby voluntarily:


Agree, for myself, my heirs and my personal representative, to defend, hold harmless, indemnify, release and forever discharge, to the broadest extent allowed by law, Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church, it’s trustees, officers, employees, agents, insurers, successors, assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action on account of any damage to real or personal property or any personal injury or death that may result from my participation.


I/we have read this release, I/we understand it fully, I/we understand that it is legally binding, and I/we understand that, among other things, I/we am/are agreeing to indemnify Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church, for injuries, damages or losses I may cause and giving up rights to sue Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church for injuries, damages or losses I/we may incur.
